He said his motivation was support for the Palestinians and was against the US “killing innocent civilians”.

The hacker, Kane Gamble will go to a youth detention facility for his prison sentence. Prosecutor John Lloyd-Jones, said that Gamble was able to access highly sensitive information from top US intelligence agencies by impersonating his targets through emails and gaining password access.

One of his victims included CIA chief John Brennan, US Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson, Obama’s deputy national security adviser Avril Haines and FBI special agent Amy Hess.

Gamble had access to the US Department of Justice network and read files on court cases such as the Deepwater oil spill. He reportedly shared some of the files with WikiLeaks.

Service dogs may be identified by their owners under federal law by being asked two questions; if the animal in question is required for a disability and if they are, what are they trained to do, says Senator John Kavanagh.

The Senator acknowledges the debate of whether people with disabilities may be targeted with the new statute. He reassures that the law is meant to help people with actual disabilities who need service dogs; such as people with low blood pressure, people suffering from PTSD etc. In addition, the law will weed out pet owners who purchase service animal vests online and fraudulently claim that their pet is a service animal.

The fine for people misrepresenting a service animal will be a $250 fine. Kavanagh explains that fake service animals are a serious issue and pose a “health risk”. Animals that are just pets can cause problems with service dogs such as get into fights.

Critics of the 1926 law think that provisions such as the “alien land” shows homage to the state’s discriminatory past.

The Florida Constitution Revision Commission backed the proposal 36-1. There needs to be at least a 60% voter support in order for the constitutional amendment to pass.

The amendment comes with two other measures. One is to abolish obsolete language authorizing a high-speed rail system. The other would make clear if a criminal statute is repealed that it would have no effect on the crime committed previous to the repeal.

On Wednesday, President Trump signed the SESTA law, meaning websites will be liable for what users say on their websites. The law is said to be an initiative to combat human trafficking. However, advocacy groups and sex worker communities think otherwise.

Some sex workers use ad forum websites such as Craigslist and Backpage.com to put up ads and screen clients for their safety. Advocacy groups are also concerned for Trans sex workers as they are being forced to go back on the streets where they face more harassment and abusive policing.

Issues concerning family law in Thailand should be directed to a professional law firm with expertise in family affairs.

The term in question is an “aggravated felony” and whether it is too broad to either bar or exclude immigrants under the US immigration law.

The term came under question due to a recent court case regarding permanent resident James Dimaya. Dimaya has two first-degree burglary convictions against him. The second offense, however, the federal government want to deport on him on.

A child custody lawyer in Thailand can assist obtaining or keeping custody of your children in a bitter divorce.

The Immigration Act defines an aggravated felony as a “crime of violence” punishable for at least one year. It also says that aliens that are admitted to the US may be removed upon conviction of an aggravated felony. Dimaya’s case is currently pending in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit due to the ambiguous nature of an “aggravated felony” and the court is referring to similar cases for an outcome on Dimaya’s case.

There have been recent accusations that the website has facilitated in the trafficking of minors through their ads with code words such as “amber alert”.

The co-founders of the website were quick to defend the online platform that they have adhered to regulation by reporting illegal activity as soon as they become aware of it and that they are protected by the Communications Decency Act; an Act that protects internet companies from being “held legally liable” for what people post on their platform.

Congress has however passed a bill last month that could combat the Communications Decency Act and make it easier for not only states to prosecute but for victims to sue internet companies that play a role in human trafficking. Free speech advocates are concerned that the bill (FOSTA) will lead to censorship.

Current issues requiring a Thailand family lawyer may include families that cross borders due to having different residences or due to business travel.

They are currently using 3D printing machines to fabricate rhino horns made out of Keratin. The CEO of the company states that the fabricated horn and real Rhino horn are genetically identical.

The company’s aim is to release the fake horns onto the market hopefully devaluing the cost of the horn as it would be near impossible to tell them apart from the real thing. The plan is to “eventually lower incentives for poachers” to extract Rhino horns.

The call for a solution comes after dwindling rhino population statistics and the news of the death of the last white male rhinoceros in the world. Even though there are two white female rhinos left the death of the male have marked the extinction of their breed.

He also plans to spend 15 billion Euros in the next five years to improve the labor sector in France. Last year saw the unemployment rate drop below 9%, which was the first time since 2009.

The labor reform this year will include hiring 600 staff to the government that will monitor the progress of job seekers. A monthly job search log will be introduced and those who fail to complete it will be deprived of unemployment benefits for a month. In addition, those who reject job offers that are deemed “reasonable” by the state will also incur penalties.

A spokesperson from the CFDT union has spoken out against the reform saying it is more about “monitoring” than actually helping the unemployed.

Computer Scientist Indians are now moving to Canada, where it is easier than America to obtain a permanent residency status. They found that the H-1B visa does not guarantee US citizenship to family members of the H-1B visa holder. With an obscure future in the US, there has been a decline in Indian students enrolling in US colleges and increase in US based Indians returning home.

Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau has implemented a “Global Skills Strategy” program where applicants in the tech industry are fast tracked to two weeks whereas in America it would take 6-7 months to approve the H-1B visas. This means there are more high skilled workers currently employed in Canada than the US.
