President Donald Trump signed the FOSTA legislation on the 11^th of April. The new law aims to combat human trafficking by inhibiting the legal blankets that online platforms hide behind. Last Monday a Texas private equity firm, Lantern Capital bought The Weinstein Company out of bankruptcy for $310 million. Later this spring the company will be pulled apart at a bankruptcy auction. The company’s attorney, Paul Zumbro, has stated that the bankruptcy filing will still allow for anyone to “pursue civil or criminal claims” against Harvey Weinstein.

The ex-Chairman of the movie production company, The Weinstein Company, has been accused of over 70 counts of rape and sexual misconduct. The company has been looking for someone to buy it out since last September says their attorney.

Weinstein reportedly used “non disclosure agreements” to keep his victims quiet. The Weinstein Company has recently announced that anyone who had suffered from sexual misconduct from the ex-chairman is released from those agreements through the bankruptcy filing.

The ban comes with concerns regarding the unstable nature of virtual currencies. Just after Parks remark did the Bitcoin exchange fall 12%, that and Ethereum on national TV took a 7.6% tumble. Cryptocurrency trading in South Korea is regarded the same as gambling and are priced significantly higher in the country’s exchanges than anywhere else in the world. Industry data provider CoinMarketCap, said they could not include South Korean exchanges in the price calculations as the results diverge from the rest of the world too much.

Bitcoin stock exchanges in South Korea took a major hit after the announcement.

New law requires certification of electricians by October 2016

Kunini reports that under the 2014 Skill Development Promotion Act, all building electricians will be required to obtain proper certification by the Department of Skill Development (DSD) prior to employment.

According to the report, more than a thousand electricians have already been certified by the DSD which hopes that at least 40,000 electricians will be certified by the end of September.

Reports indicate that vaccines may contain cancer causing agents

Recent findings by scientist Dr. Anthony Samsel indicate that commercially available vaccines have a chemical compound Glyphosphate, a component of herbicides that have been found to cause cancer in animals.

Samsel conducted tests of several pharmaceutical vaccines  such as Merck and GlaxoSmithKline and shockingly found substantial amounts of glyphosphate, which in sealed documents held by Monsanto, the giant agribusiness, was found to produce cancer in animals. Monsanto kept the documents sealed to champion its flagship herbicide product, Roundup, which contains the chemical.

Vaccines are usually grown in agar or gelatin, both byproducts of animals. The presence of glyphosphate in vaccines could be accounted from the possibility that the agar or gelatin used to grow vaccines come from animals that have been fed glyphosphate sprayed grain.
